Meditation has played an integral role in my journey to self-discovery and self-awareness. 

Over the years I have become deeply passionate about meditation, so much so that I want to dedicate my life to teaching others. Meditation is a powerful practice.  It is such an integral part of wellbeing. It has the ability to have a spiral effect. People will see the changes in you and want to start meditating themselves.

As humans, we are so busy looking outside of ourselves for answers when the answers are found from looking within. We simply have to close our eyes and connect with the incredible human being that we are and be willing to connect and open that dialogue. This is what I want to teach you. I want to teach you the 1 Giant Mind Meditation technique “Being”.

WHY MEDITATE

The traditional purpose of meditation is to expand awareness. Awareness also referred to as consciousness, plays the leading role in our human experience. Awareness is involved in everything we do in every single way. From appreciating a sunset to problem-solving and brushing our teeth, there is no activity, awake or asleep, that does not involve awareness. It is the single most important aspect of our human existence. Quite often we experience a repetition of some kind of behaviour that is resulting in outcomes that are very dissatisfying. These outcomes cause discomfort and tension. What if I told you there was a practice that could help navigate this discomfort and replace it with a more desired outcome? Well, that is what meditation does. Meditation assists in greater health, less stress. More vitality. More meaningful relationships.  A greater capacity to act on your desires and then gives rise to becoming of greater service to the world.

The 1 Giant Mind “Being” Meditation technique is a simple and effortless daily practice that can be used by anyone, anywhere. Despite its simplicity, this technique is impressively potent in its ability to awaken the mind functioning outside of meditation and the bodies’ capacity to dissolve and resolve prolonged stress and fatigue in the system. It has the ability to:

  • Calmly witness our thoughts and feelings without reacting to them.

  • Experience a steady and stable awareness regardless of what demands are placed on us.

The course is run over 3 consecutive sessions lasting approximately 90 minutes each.
